Hi @knighthod1 I'm afraid that there isn't anything we can do to help with bans here, that's all handled by EA's ToS team. I have they've not been helpful what so ever, we been going back and fourth for a week now. They also removed the game from my library which is shocking since i've done nothing wrong. Its becoming a joke at this point. They not even looking at the evidence, cause if they did they'd see nothing out the ordinary that i can't explain.
