Hi @knighthod1 I'm afraid that there isn't anything we can do to help with bans here, that's all handled by EA's ToS team. While it sounds like you've already appealed, it could be worth reaching out to them again (if you haven't appealed already, this thread will explain how to do so: https://answers.ea.com/t5/EA-General-Questions/EA-Bans-and-Suspensions-How-they-work-and-how-to-get-in-contact/m-p/9754200#M355907).
I have they've not been helpful what so ever, we been going back and fourth for a week now. They also removed the game from my library which is shocking since i've done nothing wrong. Its becoming a joke at this point. They not even looking at the evidence, cause if they did they'd see nothing out the ordinary that i can't explain.
