XBOX controller not responsive after quitting game

Whenever I quit a game, the game returns me to the server menu, but my xbox controller is non-responsive. I have to turn the controller off, then back on again to make it work. This is only within game, as I still can use my controller for xbox menus.

    If the controller is not directly connected to your device and you are using an intermediary between the controller and the device, you will encounter this problem
