I am having this issue after Pacific update as well. i can not even get passed the menu.
I press to connect to a game and it sates "lost connection to ea servers"
I have also joined a game and lossed it connection instantly.
Wont let me do anything.
This also happened last time.
I have reinstalled the game, restart router. Cleared Ip. Cold restart xbox, nothing is working.

It did not work.
It actually worse now. Wont even connect to the main menu.
Everygame on my xbox works fine but this one. Ever since the Pacific update.
Weird..
Is there a hotfix in the works your losing people to cod but I won't go just fix it pleases
