Community AdminThe workaround should work for those with digital copies, however we're still seeing players with physical disc copies experience this error and the Battlefield team is looking into it. We'll update the posts here as soon as possible when we hear more on it. 👍
I read here that there are "known issues", yet no one mention what I experience
Is anyone else's games not able to pass the title screen?
I click "X" from the new orange title screen (The one where you can only "select profile" or "press x to play as _____"
And then it waits for about 30 seconds
Then the game is just gone, and it's back to the Xbox main menu
There is no error message
no mention of "trial" version (as appears to be the only bug/issue that is addressed in this "known issue" thread)
I have a physical disc. I don't know how to nor do I "game sharing".
This is very annoying as I see many other xbox people are able to get in
I don't see anyone else mention the game quit from the title screen without error message
Is this problem known or being worked on?
I post other thread with zero response.
I have tried: Deleting game, reinstalling, "power cycle", deleting my xbox live account & re adding. deleting reserve space, release mac address, resetting all my internal network (router etc.)
NOTHING WORKS.
I believe this issue is with BF new patch
