Xbox one battlefield 5 user int update won’t load

I cannot download the user interface update on my Xbox one for battlefield 5. I bought the game a week ago and have not been able to play online. I have gone through all troubleshooting and still can...

I have tried all of that. The main thing that is getting to me is that when I boot up the game my console has no internet anywhere. So the game is actually causing my internet loss. When I quit the game I have to reset the system to gain access to the internet for other games

Ragnarok I will try that when I get home later good idea since I did play it during the trial there might be corrupted files in there

    I deleted all the info from everywhere and had to go back through the intro gameplay. When I was finished it said must download u I update and I clicked on update now. It did not download anything it just took me back to the sign in screen again and I still have no online access
