Xbox one battlefield 5 user int update won’t load

I am connected to the internet. I have reinstalled the game a few times, I did clear the MAC address, I did sign out and sign in to my profile,  my system just does not want to connect to the internet since I bought the game. It worked during the trial I was able to play online. I can connect to bf4 Netflix bf1. Cod. All of em. Just not this game since I bought it

For the UI update I'd start out doing a hard reset of your Xbone by holding the power button until it shutsdown and then restart it. This clears the system cache of any potentially corrupted files from the update.

In BF1 I had a similar issue with it not connecting and I had to mash "X" to say connect several times. It's not an optimal solution but it worked. Also rebooting my router while disconnecting the power for 2 minutes often helped as well. 

I have tried all of that. The main thing that is getting to me is that when I boot up the game my console has no internet anywhere. So the game is actually causing my internet loss. When I quit the game I have to reset the system to gain access to the internet for other games

Ragnarok I will try that when I get home later good idea since I did play it during the trial there might be corrupted files in there

I deleted all the info from everywhere and had to go back through the intro gameplay. When I was finished it said must download u I update and I clicked on update now. It did not download anything it just took me back to the sign in screen again and I still have no online access
