Xbox one tank moves on its own

Product: Battlefield V
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Please specify your platform model. Microsoft Xbox One
Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Multiplayer
Which part of the mode? Conquest
Please select your region Europe
On which server did this happen?
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm)
Summarize your bug When playing with a tank or land vehicle, the tank will move on itself when not touchnig the sticks. Lets say i drove my tank (on a flat surface), and then decide to stop. What often happens is that the vehicle will start moving again on its own. Either by me rotating the turret, or just on its own. (yes the image is blank, cause i didn't record it yet, but if you need it, i'll try and record it)
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Drive a tank on a controller, put your stick deadzones to 5 % and see if it also happens. This also happened in battlefield 1 for me.
What happens when the bug occurs? The vehicle moves slowly forward or in a random direction, while not moving the sticks anymore.
What should be happening instead? The vehicle should be standing still.

Me to, but i play on a xbox one x
  • I play on PS4 and have the same issue, when I try and aim somewhere especially.
The tank even starts driving in circles sometimes.
  • Thank god im not the only one!! I taught I had a problem with my controller at first but it only happen in a tank. It's really annoying when trying to aim!

  • Same here. The tank gameplay was perfect in the beta, but for some reason the tanks won’t stand still in the full game. It doesn’t make me want to use them.

  • They so need to fix tank bug when being still it moves in a circle by itself

  • This happens to me too!

Quick fix for now untill they fix it.

Place left analogue stick dead zone to 35%

    Hope it helps friend.
  • Yep me too! FYI it does work if you set left stick dead zone to 35% in options menu. Really shouldn't be a problem this far into the game! Not impressed by the huge amount of bugs in this game compared to previous releases. Seems they can get away with knocking any old crap together these days and still watch the money reel in!
