Summarize your bug While in a multiplayer game, accessing and scrolling through the menu has bad input lag. Mind you I am running an Xbox one X with a 4K display set in game mode with 1 millisecond response time. While it may not seem like much that 0.3-0.5 of a second is enough to make you accidentally redeploy, select the wrong option etc. In a game your body is use to making rapid movements/key presses and when you bring up the in game menu these muscle memory rapid inputs are retained as you want to get your business in the menu finished quickly and the menu cannot keep up with your inputs.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a multiplayer game, go prone somewhere and access the menu to quickly do a task
What happens when the bug occurs? Menu lags around 0.3-0.5 seconds
What should be happening instead? Ingame menu input lag should match game input lag as much as possible
