You forgot the AI. Bots to fill created servers.
I have never played this game because, just like Battlefield 1 and 4 bots are nonexistent. They look like beautiful games but maybe one day like (Venice Unleashed BF3) they will have a Bot mod. Not so sure I will be able to play since I will be Quite Old, deaf, and blind. I may not even remember that I was a player. Please do not make us wait that long.
