You have lost connection to the EA servers
So two days ago I wanted to play Battlefield 5 and when I was launching the game I accidentally clicked on the Cancel button while it was loading Cloud Sync. The game continued to open itself and I thought it was ok. But I was wrong because it started from the tutorial and when I finished it it said this problem. I kept on clicking the Go Online button but and it just said the same thing. I tried everything on ea.com/unable-to-connect and nothing worked. Please help me because I just bought the game.
I also have the same problem in Battlefield 1 and 4.

Also, if you go to the Battlefield V Cover, click on the Cogwheel and go to Game Properties, you should see "Cloud Saves". Go to that tab, and make sure that it's enabled.
