You lose in this round!

I have a feeling that the game decides that this round will be lost and that one won. It is difficult to have a different impression. I played this round where we were being butchered, my team with low level players and on the other side there were two platoons, two different by 4 and couple 2 or 3 with 2 players from their platoons, they captured all the flags, and guess what?..... When the next round started it was the same, there were 32 random players on my team and 5 platoons on the other side. UNFAIR... I quited!

  • Hello Piotr83PL,

Battlefield V has been out of development for quite some time, and no further balance updates are expected.

Speaking player to player, I can confirm that this definitely still happens. Your only real options are to keep trying, hope the teams balance out after a round or two, or switch to a different server. Sometimes it takes two or three rounds before the teams finally even out and the matches start to feel fair, or your team might get on a winning streak.

  • Hi Piotr83PL,

Personally I think it's more likely good old fashioned platoon-stacking combined with a very mild balancer (no SBMM either) more than the game deciding who should win.

Back when I played with a platoon we could have up to 15 people on the same side when a lot of us were on. The only thing that'd really stop us from steamrolling was a large platoon on the enemy team. I didn't actually find it all that fun after a while, as stomps and spawn trapping got tedious. I'd rather have a challenge. There's not much you can do, though, really, other than try to work with your squad to support them and hope that your team can turn the tables somewhat.
