    I uninstalled the games.

    Then cleared the cache and reinstalled each game.

    This solved the issues for me.

    I THINK I FIGURED IT OUT!!! 

    Go to properties on the .exe file and uncheck the "run as administrator" box ... It worked for me! Cheers!
