I've had trouble like this before, here's what I did:
- File Explorer > Program Files > Electronic Arts > EA Desktop > EA Desktop > App Recovery
- Run App Recovery as Admin
- Clear Cache
- Should run for a while
Hope this helps :D

Heres what I did:
Uninstalled the garbage, went back to Origin and my games worked.
Great launch, months later still broken.

I am pretty done with all EA and battlefield 2042. If i launch Battlefield 2042 from Origin the it works but i have to restart the whole game after every match because it cannot find a new one and no error code. EA app worked once and now any game does no launch and nothing works. Waste of money.

This worked for me. Run the app recovery and it launched on the next attempt.
The issue occurred after I renewed Xbox Game Pass manually (auto-renew was turned off), so I guess that's why it happened for me?
