    I uninstalled the games.

    Then cleared the cache and reinstalled each game.

    This solved the issues for me.

It''s rare but

My solution,

disable "Run as Administrator" for all users if you can.

You can also try to kill and end up, all of the both active and background tasks related with EA,EA App, etc...
