95 ovr Jaxon Dart missing and still have not receive it after contacting support

2 days ago I saved up money to buy a 95 ovr Jaxon Dart in ult team and did not receive it. I tried resetting my game multiple time but still did not pop up so I took it even further and contacted support and still did not receive my card. Now I am mad because I never got it and I am upset with your system.
