Audibles not changing play on offense

Audibles are not changing play on offense. Occurring in dynasty, play a friend, and road to college football playoff. 

Defensive audibles are working fine. Occurs with generic & custom playbooks where I have assigned audibles for each formation/set. When I go to audible, I am given the 4 options. When I press the appropriate button, the quarterback calls out the new play as if it is will be changed, but the original play call is executed. I am completely unable to change the play at the line of scrimmage while on offense. This also makes running a no-huddle nearly useless. 

Surely others are experiencing the same issue?
