Can’t select play on Road to the CFP

Summarize your bug Got into an online game with an opponent and the option to select a play froze, but the play clock kept running. It fixes after the delay of game penalty but it keeps repeating throughout the game. I finally quit the game. But the same issue occured in a prior game. I didn’t quit but the other player was kicked off for excessive grieving when it was really a system issue.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I played a h2h game on road to the cfp. This issue has occurred the last two times I’ve played the game online.
What happens when the bug occurs? The play screen shows but the controls don’t allow you to select a play. You can call a time out and that might work. If not you run out the entire play clock and accept the penalty. But the issue occurs often so it happens multiple times in a 3 minute quarter game.
What do you expect to see? Random
No screen shot as it would show the problem. Only the in game screen. The issue is that you cannot select a play and are forced to use a time out or take a penalty for delay of game, or take a loss for quitting the game. I have one loss and one win with this issue
