Can't Call Plays - Playcall screen frozen

@NosEvitan Yeah Bro I just lost a ranked Road to the CFB Playoff game because of it. Most of the time when it happens the other dude will decline the penalty and play continues until it happens again but this guy kept accepting the false start penalty which meant it wouldn't go away. Please have a look at this EA so it can get fixed.
