Can't change players after no huddle in dynasty on local multiplayer

Summarize your bug So me and my 2 brothers were playing local multiplayer on dynasty and when the other team no huddles or if I no huddle my 2 brothers are stuck on the player they get assigned to that play.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have local multiplayer up and try no huddling and see if the players that are not host can switch players.
What happens when the bug occurs? They are stuck on the football player they are assigned to that play and can't change.
What do you expect to see? That they would be able to change players as I am able to.
