If only I could return this game; made the mistake of pre-ordering on PS5. Loading up only to discover the issues with Dynasty mode and inability to edit recruits and fake players. For me the game is essentially broken and not really worth spending any time on. The longer this goes on with so many users obviously unhappy only lowers my opinion of EA even more. Don't think I will ever make the mistake of pre-order on an EA game in the future.
Not sure how PS is with refunds but I was able to get a refund from Xbox a week + after purchasing the game. I had to call and talk to someone though as I got declined on the automated request process on the website.
Yea as it was over 14 days, Xbox won’t refund me. I’ll try calling… honestly it only frustrates me more with EA. If they fixed this issue (or at least showed some communication about when/if they’re fixing it) I wouldn’t be going through this process.
I feel the same way; and if they fix it I will likely buy the game again. I figured I'd try to get the refund though in case it never gets fixed. Didn't expect Xbox to approve that tbh, I was just going to try and then voice my frustration and hopefully they would pass my feedback on to higher ups to influence future refund policy or pass my comments on to EA.
I ordered mine on July 12, got my refund on July 24 or 25 so that would have been under 14 days. I had 15 hours of playtime though. I just told the rep I spoke to that I was doing roster and playbook stuff and some quick games to get the hang of it and didn't realize how broken dynasty was until I actually played it and that's when I started seeing all the bugs I talked about earlier in the thread. Not sure what your playtime is but I hope you get your refund. Might depend on luck and who you get to talk to.
