CF25 - PS5 - Solo Battles unavailable

We appreciate you reaching out about this. 

I just wanted to let you know that Solo Battles are currently unavailable while we work on fixing some issues. Right now we don't have a time frame for when it will be available, but we are working on getting back up and running as soon as we can. 

Thank you for bearing with us while we're working on it. 

What an absolute joke of a response. We paid extra to be able to play this early and now this game mode has been out of it for over a week 

We should get compensated for having to wait

Dear EA Team,

I am writing to follow up on the issue with solo play being unavailable in Road to CFP, which has not been resolved after two weeks. I had expected a prompter resolution to this issue to address the concerns of your users. I wanted to respectfully inquire about the status of the ongoing issue. I am concerned that there has been a lack of updates, and I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide some insight into the current timeline and expected resolution.

If you are not going to fix this quickly (it has been more than a week since it went missing), then why would you keep this as an objective preventing everyone from moving forward with their game pass? Maybe remove this as an objective so we can progress, and add it back later. 

EA, this is a joke the Road To College Football Playoffs mode is still not available for solo battles. Its been a month+ and still no update or resolve i want my money back. this is the saddest attempt to make your customers happy. What is the ETA on this fix. please rectify this 

Please EA get together with Madden and all the people and fix these solo battles for PC users!!!!   As with other players here I have not been able to play solo battles 4 out of the last six weeks we do deserve some kind of compensation for this we've lost a lot of rewards and stuff because we cannot play our solo battles everyday. I'm very surprised this has gone on for over six weeks and the EA cannot fix it why????? Why are all us faithful Madden players,  I have been a Madden  player for 20 years and I feel like I'm getting absolutely screwed this year not getting all the rewards because there are no solo battles for us to play. Please I spent a lot of money on Madden and I would like to get my rewards and be able to play my solo battle please fix this...
