Summarize your bug This is the 4th time I have won a national championship in squads… but for whatever reason, I am awarded a loss and not given my national championship pack. I have spent quite a bit of money on this game, what is the point of playing if I do not get my rewards? Can’t get ahold of anyone at EA.. any type of customer service would suffice.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fix it
What happens when the bug occurs? I am awarded a field goal pack instead of a national championship pack.
What do you expect to see? Award me a national championship pack at least…. I won’t spend another dime until this is fixed. This is borderline criminal.
