Challenges-Scheme Spotlight Week 1

When finishing all challenges not getting all the stars on week 2-3, when going to the next challenge after beating one my game gets stuck in a loading screen, and I've tried waiting it out but doesn't go to the next challenge. It happens every time and I have to restart my Xbox Series X. Also having issues with daily objectives when acquiring a pack, it doesn't show I completed it and don't get the XP.
