 if you actually read our responses you would know that none of that works as we have already tried all of that multiple times. Throughly convinced this a a problem from EA’s end as this issue does not occur with any other game. My hardware is fine, please take some responsibility on this and fix your game.

    This crashing happens in every game mode in the middle of games and sometimes the menus

    it is installed internally on my Xbox series x.

    I have the latest updates and have a Xbox that is  NOT an insider edition (I have the standard series X)

    I own College Football 25 fully through preorder

    Happening for me too. Menus and practice mode work fine, everything else crashes within a play or two at most usually faster.

    Crashes every time, any game mode 

    Installed on internal hard drive 

    series x is completely updated

    i preordered deluxe edition

    I think they see that now and will no longer respond. Typical EA, I’ll probably be looking for a refund when I get home because they are obviously not gonna help us and don’t care that this is happening at all. Knew this was gonna happen, smh

    I have given you what you asked for, now please give us what all of us asked for, answers on why this is happening. Not more quick fix tips that we have repeatedly told you has no effect. Get some responsibility and admit your game is broken. PLEASE. WE WANT TO PLAY THIS GAME WE HAVE WAITED A DECADE PLUS FOR

    Looks like we should try and get in touch with the Production Director, Christian McLeod, to possibly maybe get a resolution to this issue?

    These EA admins are probably just bots anyways. This sucks

    @wgdesignsgaming zero connection but found his twitter (which seems fairly active) and sent a hail mary tweet linking this thread. I guess we'll see....

    Do we know if there's anyway to get a refund in the meantime? I mean I do not understand why we can't even talk to a real person about anything! There are hundreds of us that have this issue (which isn't new) and no one is doing anything about it?!

    @aliciousness692 I think if you call the customer EA support billing you can get a refund , I don't want that I want a working game because if this fails I know madden just like last year is going to fail and we will just continue this cycle every year , EA lets contact one of us get our xbox hooked up to the debug mode and fix this issue so we can all go back to our lives. This is the problem with having beta code versions of the game if its not using the exact same hardware U.I game code the beta testers get they don't get these crash errors and the bad code gets compiled into the final release version (usually code from previous years which they think works) where you get this type of issue because it goes undetected.

    All XS versions of EA Madden and College Football crash my system it shuts down completely and i have to manually turn it back on. 

    Every other game works perfectly no crashes Xbox One version does not crash my system on madden only XS Version. Always happens in the middle of first or second quarter system just shuts down. 

    I’ve performed every reset and every recommendation and it does not fix the problem this is on the developer level 100% and needs to be fixed or patched ASAP or class action is necessary!
