    Thank you for the info you've shared with us so far about these crashes! 

    I wanted to drop in and let you know that we are still looking into these reports. To help with our investigation, we were hoping you could share a bit more info with us: 

    • If you haven't already, please share your PSN ID in this thread. 
    • Where specifically in-game are you running into the crashes? 
      • Does it happen when you're trying to play a certain game mode? 
      • Is it happening when you're doing something specific in-game?
      • Are you seeing crashes on a specific screen or menu in the game? 

    Thank you again for helping us out with this. We appreciate you bearing with us while we investigate these reports.

My game is crashing to PS5 Dashboard after the opening kickoff every single time in Dynasty mode. I cannot play a single game without it crashing. This is beyond unacceptable.

I URGE everyone in this thread that has experienced this crash to contact PlayStation support and tell them that this game is unplayable. Keep pinging them until this is either fixed or they give you a refund. This cannot stand.

TO EA:  I sent over 15 crash reports via the PlayStation dashboard. FIX YOUR GAME

Having the same problem on Xbox/xs. Prepurchased the game and it launched. Tried to play games on every single mode including tried to play a friend online 3 times and every single time was kicked. I'm talking about over 50 divverent games and kicked  EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! A hundred dollars for a game I can't even enjoy, UNACCEPTABLE. I have zero issues with other games I own. Can't even find anywhere to report this to EA. They got their money they don't care.
