College Football 25 game play goes into slow motion

Around halftime and after game slows down to a “slow motion” and speeds back up like “catching up”. Been having this issue since Madden 24 and no fix ever came. Xbox series s/x. Internet is 1G up and...

Thanks for reaching out to the community and letting us know what you're running into!

When you have a moment can we try the following?

  1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
  2. Perform a power cycle.
  3. Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
  4. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
  5. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
  6. Open you're Xbox NAT Type
  7. Clear the MAC Address.
    • From the Xbox dashboard, click Settings, then go to All Settings.
    • Go to Network, then Network Settings.
    • Click Advanced Settings, then Alternate MAC address.
    • Select Clear, then restart your Xbox.
