When playing the game and pressing R2 on Ps5 pre play or doing any sort of pre-snap calls, the scoreboard disappears after the new update. Tried restarting the game, doesn’t fix it

When hitting the R2 button pre snap the scoreboard disappears. It also doesn’t show up while in super-aim. Restarting doesn’t fix. Can EA fix this with a hot fix today? It’s pretty game breaking for super sim players and players in general.

Yes, me too on Xbox. Also happens after viewing routes of play. Please fix!!

Since the update this morning, the hud with down and distance, clock, play clock, score, etc. disappears after you view the routes of your play. Also sometimes doesn't reappear after replays and sim.Please fix this soon! It makes gameplay very difficult. I'm on Xbox Series X.

Also after the August 8th update whenever you open your play design pre snap the scoreboard vanishes. Only reappears after you pause and unpause or after you snap the ball.

FIRST REPORTED ON AUGUST 9, 2024: When playing “play the moments” in a dynasty mode game, scorebug disappears after first reentry from SuperSim. Scorebug is then unavailable at play call screen. Additionally, scorebug remains unavailable in SuperSim for remainder of game and remains unavailable for the first play call following each reentry from SuperSim. THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR FIVE WEEKS. PLEASE FIX.

@DancerAmongUs Been a problem since the first patch. They've ignored ever since. This lone bug makes a "play the moments" football game unplayable. Amazing they keep ignoring it.
