Couldn’t resolve host name white screen PS5

Summarize your bug Happens on launch of the game. Whole screen goes white and says “Couldn’t resolve host name”. I close the game and restart my PS5 which fixes this issue, but every time it makes me verify my account again. This happens every time I load the game which is about 5 times now.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure.
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen goes white and gives an error code that says “couldn’t resolve host name”. I reset the cache by closing the game and restarting my console but by doing this it makes me log back in to my account the next time I open the game
