Custom Playbooks are still a waste of time and don't work

I just submitted the same issue. I've tried multiple steps, but my offensive playbook still is missing 25+ plays no matter what I do. I noticed that the default Special play listing says there are 51 punts, field goals, etc...but there are only really 19, so it seems like something is wrong with how Custom Playbooks counts/limits/displays plays.
