Custom Playbooks are still a waste of time and don't work

I think I figured it out. It's misclassifying plays as "Special" - there are only 19 Special plays: punts, FG, etc....but my Custom Playbook says there are 51 in that category, even though there are only really 19.  So, I think that's why they don't show up under Shotgun, etc.
