Confirmed! We have had no issues in our 12 user online dynasty since the patch.

Thanks for reaching out to the community on Answers HQ, can we check you are signed in to your EA account

If this keeps up try the following as well:

Make sure you have the latest software update.

Troubleshoot your connection to EA games

Perform a power cycle.

Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.

Turn it back on after one minute.

Launch your game.

Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.

Reinstall your game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.

If your game supports Voice Chat to Text functionality, turn this off in your audio or accessibility settings menu.

Restore the license for the game.

Go to Settings on your PlayStation.

Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.

Every time me and my buddies try to play an online game either on dynasty or in just a regular online game as soon as the pre game presentation stuff is done we get a DESYNC error. This has been happening for the last 2 days and we can’t figure out what the issue is. It’s getting very annoying and ruining the fun of the game. Help please

I tried everything to, cant play with friends or against other online opponents because of this desync error.this bug needs to be fixed asap or a solution needs to be put out

I've had the same problem about 2 hours ago me and my buddy tried to do our playoff game in dynasty but we couldn't at all it kept showing desyinc

After doing some testing- the issue seems to happen if both users are using a custom playbook. Game only allows one user to have a custom playbook, or else it will desync

Me and a friend tried four times today to play an exhibition game online. I have xbox, he has playstation. It will try to load the game, but every time it was about to start, it would say "Desync Error". Is this because of the cross platform thing? Plese fix this as soon as possible.

Only mode you can really play with a friend you can't even play. Absolutely crazy. Desync error every time. Might be able to do one or two challenges together and that's it. Get a grip on the game Ea.
