Desync using custom playbooks when playing a friend. Only allows 1 friend to use

There is a Desync bug occuring when attempting to play head to head with friends in online dynasty or play a friend. If both players use a custom playbook the game desyncs as its loading. The only current work around is that one player can use customs while the other player cannot. Please look into this glitch EA!
