Desync using custom playbooks when playing a friend. Only allows 1 friend to use

Trying to play with 2 other Xbox users and every time we load in, it dsyncs either one or all of us. Tried running same playbook, let different people host, restart/reset, reinstall, clear reserve space.. is this a hopeless pursuit or is there a hot fix coming? It’s kind of sad the devs approve the release of a broken game then task the community with fixing it LMAO
