Did not receive January's EA loyalist pack

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? College Football Ultimate Team
Summarize your bug Did not receive my Ea loyalist pack for the month of January also i didn't the last month
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Im not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't receive the pack
What do you expect to see? A pack of the loyalist pack for the month of January and December

If anyone has had this problem or knows how to fix it pls respond

    I have not been able to receive my pack for some reason even with EA play 

    can someone share if they have this same problem or if anyone knows how to get it

    this is for college football 25 ultimate team

    @cardigenincardib Been an issue since CFB 25 launched. There have been numerous threads on the forum about it. Each time I contact EA they tell me the "tool/software" is broken that allows them to "make right" and that I need to check back every 72 hours. This has been going on for the last 3 months that I'm told the "tool/software" is broken. So, I don't know when or if they will ever make it right.
