I'm having the same issue as well. I have a few friends playing an online dynasty and several times we'd level up and not get the upgrade tokens. I know it happened at least thrice. I saw someone said that if you level up after a game it glitches then. If you level up doing anything else, you'll get your points. I havent been able to confirm that.

Happened on both offline and online dynasty. Happened to multiple users within my online dynasty.
It's like you get your points every other level.
It’s a frustrating issue and it would be nice if EA would acknowledge this post. Coaches being already capped and being further restricted from gaining CP at the levels below 50 makes it not as enjoyable. Hopefully they do a hot fix. This seems like it’s been an issue since release.I don’t remember this happening in my first dynasty play but I just went from level 39 to 40, I had 2 points before hitting 40. Got the update after a game that I moved to lvl 40. Still have 2 points. At this point I’m so embarrassed for this company. I do QA for a tech company and they’d fire us all if we had UI issues and basic issues like this upon launching something.
