I found out the workaround on this. There is an auto advance week feature in the dynasty league settings. Setting this to yes has allowed me to always receive the credits upon leveling up after a game cause it auto advances the week too. You just have to make sure to do all your stuff for the week before the game!
@Sodasteve Exactly! Thanks for spreading the word. OTOH, now that EA knows people know how to deal with this, it'll go dramatically down the (long) list of prioritized issues. Why fix what the customers can fix (work around) what they can for themselves? What do you expect from a company that fundamentally relies on crowd-sourcing Customer Support?
