Dynasty - Skill Points not being used

Hi,

My cousin and I have noticed that certain players that we recruited are not progressing despite being Star dev and having huge seasons. My QB is currently a 72 as a Junior and his sophomore year he was a 2nd team All American with 4264 yards, 43 TDs and 6 INTs with Ball State. When I reviewed the player card, the ratings to now show at all and says he has 56 unused skill points.  I will show an example. This is happening to my cousins team too. Dom Tryon is a 4 star Gem 💎.  Please let me know if others have noticed this issue.  Thanks!

    Also have this issue with my WR with Elite Dev trait. Through 7 games he’s 41-542-5 but still the same 75 overall as when he started with 0 skill points to spend.

    Every player has a skill cap. My understanding is their development trait is how quickly they progress, but once they hit their cap that's as far as they'll go. The boxes are grayed out to indicate their cap.
