Dynasty - Unable to Utilize Recruiter Due To Incorrect Data

Anyone run into the issue, where it says you cannot schedule a visit because they haven't narrowed down their top 5, but they are already at top 3. And have another school scheduled. 

Feels like I'm losing points to close them, because I can't schedule them.

What happens when the bug occurs? The information of the recruiting action below the one selected is shown on the right side
What do you expect to see? The recruiting action information of the action selected

The picture attached shows the recruiting action "Search Social Media" highlighted however the information on the right side shows "DM The Player."

Summarize your bug Could not spend recruiting hours on recruit even though I had enough hours to spend.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Recruit in dynasty and spend recruiting hours.
What happens when the bug occurs? A Message appears. Attention, You do not have enough available hours to do this. Even though I have more than enough. This happens occasionally and I had to remove the recruit from my board. Some time if I added the same recruit back to the board the bug would go away. Other times it would remain and I removed again. I have encountered this 6 times throughout dynasty playthrough.
What do you expect to see? Be able to spend available recruiting hours on any recruit.

In this image you can clearly see I have enough points to Hard Sell this recruit. You also see the message saying I dont have available hours. 

Same issue for me - I have recruits in identical stages and one lets me schedule a visit while another cannot. Other teams are scheduling visits and it won't let me.

I have enough hours, haven't maxed out hours for that recruit (removed all other actions and no change).

This has happened to me on multiple recruits on PS5.

Happening to me on majority of recruits. Reddit says that your window is supposed to be between when they narrow to top 5 but before top 3, but I have plenty of examples where I'm in top 5 and they narrowed it to top 5 and I still can't schedule a visit. It's not a points issue and there should be no reason I can't. 

Nothing fixed it, just kept the send house set. And hoped for the best.
