Dynasty Contract Years 3/6/9/etc No Job Offers

It's not just those years.  I'm a decade in.  Jumped from DC at Hawaii (where every recruit from Hawaii had an F for proximity to home for Hawaii) and took the HC job at Louisville.  Built them into a national power and won multiple titles.  Haven't gotten an HC offer yet.  Keep getting DC and OC offers from major programs but never an HC offer when they have vacancies.

NCAA 14 was a better game.  Pretty much the same game but less bugs and a better immersive experience.

Summarize your bug In dynasty mode, the initial contact is extended in year three. There is no option to decline the contract. In contract extension years (including year three) you will receive NO job offers from other schools, locking you into the job for another year without any choice.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a dynasty, sim to year 3 when contract is extended, you will receive no job offers. IF you are given a 1-year extension, you will be permanently locked into that school as every year will have the same glitch.
What happens when the bug occurs? You get no job offers so you're stuck at your current school for another year.
What do you expect to see? Multiple things.

1- the ability to decline a contract extension and become available to other programs.

2- the ability to receive job offers from other programs in contract extension years

3- to not just receive job offers, but to also have the ability to "apply to" or "express interest in" any open position.

Also worth noting that the job offers that do come in are insanely limited, impossible to be promoted from OC/DC to HC at the same school, and never come from your coach's Alma Mater. I chose App state as my Alma Mater hoping to develop my coach at a big school and gain quick XP before taking the HC job at App State. So far, App State has fired their coach twice in my dynasty and I didn't receive an offer either time despite having won 4 national championships.

I've gotten different length contracts though, but this specific glitch always happens on an extension year. Pretty ridiculous there's no option to decline the contract or apply to any open position like there was in NCAA 14. It's wild how EA was able to take a great formula, and REMOVE immersive features instead of expanding upon them.
