How are you saving while on the Custom Schedule screen? There is no save option available.

If you hit B/Circle it's supposed to say something like "would you like to save this schedule?" and give the option to confirm. But instead of that a lot of times it says the schedule is invalid or something regardless of the changes made. I don't have the game up right now, but my bug report earlier in the thread has the specifics.
