EA Servers are unavailable at this time error

Pre-ordered the game, 1st night had the error, 2nd day I was able to play in the morning, but didn't play at night, 3rd day I played in the morning and all was fine until I left a game on pause and came back to the the xbox having shut off. Later the 3rd night I got the error again and haven't been able to access online dynasty since. Tried for 45 minutes on night 3 and tried multiple times today and evening for day/night 4.

I did a single game change so I could be on a custom schedule. I have done the following:

Turned off resume mode

Power cycled the xbox series x

Soft reset the xbox (saved games and data)

Reset my router connection

Uninstalled and reinstalled the game

tried to start a new dynasty online (gets to about 75% of downloading the new active roster and then repeats the servers not available message)

I feel that this has to be an issue with the gamertag account on the servers themselves, but it doesn't give that as a option or have any other error messages. I can play offline content, I can play the ultimate team drive scenario, and not sure what else as I haven't gone too deep into everything else.
