Edit Player Equip, 12 OVR and Dynasty Ruined

Summarize your bug In an online dynasty where we played an ENTIRE SEASON, I had a player transfer to my school (Florida) from Bama in the offseason. When editing the 95 OVR players uniform, the player completely disappeared from the MLB position. Upon review, the players rating changed to 12 overall, position changed to QB, and stats were zeroed out. My game crashes every time I try to go into the players card. The admin for the dynasty also gets a crash. On top of that, when trying to join a game in our online dynasty, I was no longer able to start a game. This is a HUGE BUG!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a player transfer, then edit the players face mask. Once the player bugs out, attempt to look at the player card. Also, try starting a game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Player changes position, stats zeroed out, cannot play a game. Game crashes when trying to view the bugged player’s player card.
What do you expect to see? The game to work and none of the ticket mentioned issues to occur.

    Still so wild to me that these so called community mangers won’t acknowledge a major gameplay bug like this….

    Same issue in my online dynasty. Player was edited and then the player got bugged to 12 overall and can’t play any games. Completely have bricked my online dynasty

    SAME.  

    My dynasty has been on hold for 17 days hoping someone can figure this nonsense out.  I knew something was wrong when I couldn't even access the practice menu while in my online dynasty.  If anything they should make an option to cut any player from your roster mid-season.

    Why on Earth are the mods not even acknowledging that they are looking into it?

    I feel like a chump for buying a brand new system just to play this game.

    I've been tagging these guys for days regarding the redshirt bug, heard absolutely nothing. The Community Managers are a joke.

    @Coopshoe11 another whole lot of nothing as usual. Why do they even have these forums if the 'community managers' receive no information to feed back? If all we're doing is reporting things for them to pass on (and ultimately get ignored 95% of the time) just create a bug submission page and cut out all the interaction because the way it is surely just creates frustration for everyone involved!
    Also, we wouldn't have to mass tag if the product wasn't such a mess (as you pointed out) and if someone actually responded every once in a while, even if it's just to acknowledge us!
