Error Restricted

I am trying to log in to UT to get the last 500xp I need to get the Season 1 token.

I can't login. It keeps saying Error Restricted. Basically I am not going to get the token now.

    Try again after todays' maintenance: 

    "College Football 25 is under maintenance right now, which means you can’t play online."

    If you suspect you may be banned or had some other account action taken against you, check the email address associated with your account for an email from EA.

    If you have been banned and feel this is incorrect, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

    I've been playing dynasty and road to glory just fine but I finally decided to play some ultimate team. When I try to load it however, it says restricted. I haven't played EA games since FIFA way back in the day so I linked my account thinking I might have a ban but I have no restrictions on my account. I have restarted my game multiple times, hard reset my Xbox, and signed in and out of my account but haven't found a solution. Anyone have any ideas?

    My ultimate team on NCAA keeps saying restricted am I banned or what is happening? I’m very confused. I literally spent money on this game and now it won’t let me play.

    I was issued a ban from the auction store recently on my account. It due to breaking the rules, which I admit I did do. I did not know it would result in the extreme it resulted in but nonetheless it did. I’ve never broken a rule in my 15 years of playing an EA game. 


    So originally I was only banned from the auction store but now I am completely banned from Ultimate Team, I think. I understand the auction store ban but being completely banned from UT really sucks. If I can’t have it resolved I assume I’ll have to wait until CFB26 to play UT. 

    (Idk if this came about after my second attempt to resolve the ban, and they just decided to completely ban me. I’m not sure.)

    Was Season Pass 1 over when the maintenance started? Because I thought it still had a few hours left which I why I left my last few xp points for now, but perhaps I was wrong.
