Happens to me too, but only seems to happen when I'm selecting the pitch and I press L1 to look at the player's dealbreaker and go back. Once you select the pitch, it goes in as a soft sell instead.
Same here. Another I've noticed, I sway a recruit, then go to pitch, but the pitch I swayed is locked.
