I just wanted to drop in and let you know that we're investigating the issues with field goals not counting in some situations. Thank you for bearing with us while we are looking into it.

Which mode has this happened in? Road to Glory
Summarize your bug Was down by one point, within the opponent's 10 yard line, and on fourth down, rather than kick the chip shot for the win, I don't know what the play was since as a QB I wasn't on the field, but I lost...
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Be within field goal range with time on the clock at the end of the game and down by 1 point.
What happens when the bug occurs? Loss, I lost.
What do you expect to see? I expect the chip shot field goal to win the game.

Me too. My player is a quarterback and I'll take the ball to like the 10 yard and then when it's 4th down, we won't even attempt a field goal. Like, my kicker will have 0 attempted kicks. It's definitely really annoying.

I have lost 3-4 games like this in 1 season. still have timeouts, I am in fieldgoal range but it seems like they just let the clock run out and lose the game.

Same exact thing happened to me MULTIPLE times. I even check the kicker’s stats and it never shows a missed field goal. The game just turns the ball over on 4th down in RTG. A major glitch that is really frustrating. Cost me 2 games already.

    Same thing happened to me. 3rd down on the goal line. should be fourth and short but instead the sim went straight to kickoff
