Found out why the transfer portal is so bare and talentless

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? encourage some players to transfer and sim to the transfer portal
What happens when the bug occurs? The players I encourage to transfer never go to the transfer portal
What do you expect to see? The transfer portal filled with a healthy amount of transferring players
I just noticed this but its probably been happening since launch. If you encourage players to transfer to dwindle down your roster those player (not talking about redshirt Sr. of course) will just be deleted from the game. I was wondering why the transfer portal was so talentless and bare and was curious to see the players I encouraged to transfer (because they weren't that bad) I couldn't find one. It seemed like it was impossible to build a team through the transfer portal if you wanted to but now I know why.
