Getting locked into super sim slow mode

Summarize your bug While super siming the game allows you to hit B to exit after the current play. Then, if your lucky, you can hit B again to exit the super sim mode. What usually occurs is that it just goes right back to super sim mode and you can no longer even hit B to exit.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into super sim, set the mode to slow, and play a bit. Then try to get out of super sim.
What happens when the bug occurs? You get locked into super sim and can't do anything but watch.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to hit B and then hit B again and exit super sim mode and return the game. Sometimes if I exit and then progress one more play it'll work, but not usually.
