Hawaii dynasty - proximity to home error

When playing Dynasty Mode and selecting Hawaii for the school, all players in the game including those from Hawaii show as an F for recruiting for proximity to home.  I wanted to get this reported with others that also had this issue to hopefully get it resolved.

Is this an AI response? WTF? People have already shared details and this is a 100% reproducible issue, it takes 2 mins to boot up dynasty and see the issue happening. It happens for every single player. 

Also, why has there been a post tagged in the thread as having a solution when it contains no solution? 

Regardless of this * bot community support, I'll add more details to help you reproduce this 100% bug.

Are you getting an error message?: No, it's clearly not that kind of bug, it's an issue with data setup, not a crash. Read the bug report already
Does this only happen in one game mode?: Yes, Dynasty, it can only happen in Dynasty, it's to do with recruiting. If you could read the bug report and weren't a basic AI you'd understand this
Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue: I can't resolve this, it's a game data issue. Somebody has set a value for Hawaii's location that the game logic can't handle properly. This isn't a graphics glitch where my TV settings might be wrong, it's an issue every time you start a brand new dynasty for all players if you pick Hawaii

Summarize your bug I am currently playing a dynasty as the University of Hawaii and when I am recruiting players who have a hometown in Hawaii their proximity to home motivation is graded as F. I understand why that would be the case for all players outside of the state but in-state players should have a better grade.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a dynasty with the University of Hawaii and recruit a player with a hometown listed in Hawaii.

What happens when the bug occurs? makes recruiting more challenging when this should be a positive for these players.

What do you expect to see? a grade of A when the player is located in-sate

Why is this marked as solution? There has been no solution provided or even acknowledgment of the bug

I didn't see any mention of this in the update notes

• Are you getting an error message? The recruits for Hawaii Rainbow Warriors will always have an F rating for Proximity To Home regardless of proximity of the recruit's hometown to Hawaii, even including recruits from the state of Hawaii. Expected behavior is that the Proximity To Home rating of Hawaii Rainbow Warriors' recruits should be calculated by the distance of the recruit's hometown to Hawaii, like how a Hawaii recruit has a B+ rating of Proximity To Home when being recruited by UCLA in one of the screenshots

1. Select Hawaii Rainbow Warriors as team for Dynasty mode

2. Offer scholarship to unlock recruiting actions for any recruit

3. View the motivations for the said recruit and the Proximity To Home rating will always be an F rating

So far, only in Dynasty mode

Have tried making a new Dynasty file and reloading with no success

Why is this "Marked as solution"?  This is still a bug and easy to reproduce.  Choose any console, start a dynasty, choose hawaii, find a recruit from hawaii....look at their grade.  It's an F.

Just noting this again, since this reply was marked as "a fix."  The 8/8 patch just came out, and the bug still exists for my existing dynasty....
