I have a feeling this is not going to be fixed.
I don’t understand how you release a game with such obvious bugs and zero communication with the community on getting them fixed. This game was hyped to the max by EA…. And we received a far less in depth version of the game that feels like a beta. All of this after delaying the release for a full year.
I don’t think anyone was expecting the actual gameplay to be the best part of the experience. Which almost makes it more painful, because if we had this gameplay, graphics, & rosters with obvious features that were cornerstones of the series for years and years, it could be great. (MASS SUBS? FORMATION SUBS? WALK ONS? TOUGHEST PLACES TO PLAY MENU? INSTANT CLASSICS?TROPHY ROOM? EDIT GENERATED RECRUITS JERSEY #? COIN TOSS? Or just having stats generally accessible from logical places in the menus… you can’t even see the heisman candidates stats. Or a team’s schedule and stat leaders from the top 25 menu. Truly bizarre omissions.
I’ve resigned myself to the fact that the game is not going to be a fraction as immersive as previous editions. But please, can you fix this simple issue with Hawaii recruiting? It makes dynasty mode unplayable for an entire fan base (every team is someone’s favorite). We already don’t have a stadium.
I am embarrassed that I was conned into buying the deluxe version and paying extra $ for an early release of a clearly unfinished product.

"Every team is someone’s favorite team" yea, unless it involves Polynesians. EA's treatment of Polynesian players as a complete afterthought has been obvious for ages, especially when you look at Madden. The fact they bolt-on some ultimate team cards as a quick cash grab during AANHPI doesn't change the fact that their football teams don't seem to give much of a * about representing the diversity of football in the games, because they feel it's not worth the effort.
- Madden franchise mode draft classes generate zero Polynesian players even though 5% of the league are of Polynesian descent
- CFB nor Madden do announcer dialogue lines for Polynesian named players unless they're a star, while Madden does VO for generic white names like Baker, Smith, McCoy etc for generated players
- CFB generates super white, pale skinned blonde players for almost every Hawaii based player in the game during Dynasty
- CFB and Madden offer a grand total of like five player heads of Polynesian appearance, because they don't care about representing them in the game
- CFB has almost no Polynesian style hair in the game (even Madden does 2-3 hairstyles like this)
- CFB gives the Hawaii the wrong stadium in the game, even thought the University offered to work with them
- CFB doesn't do the Hawaii tunnel entrance with the drummers and warriors, yet it does the traditions of most other teams
- CFB has a bug where Hawaii players don't treat home as home. A bug that needs just a single playthrough of Hawaii in dynasty to find. What does the bug imply, nobody priori to release even bothered to boot up a dynasty save with Hawaii
At the end of the day EA is driven by money, nothing more. They look at a tiny state like Hawaii, a smaller community like the Polynesian community, and they figure they can save time making the game feel more authentic and realistic by just skipping over that part of the game and make it generic like half the other teams. They don't care about making an authentic football game, they care about making the game as cheap as possible to produce.

@Ant1Pop
"Every team is someone’s favorite team"
Nope, I had to create my favorite team in Team Builder. Kind of annoying when you consider that EA's soccer game manages 700 teams and EA can't even get all of D-I into their college game lol.- 7 months ago
For those wondering, no, unfortunately this has not been addressed in the update this morning (Aug 19th).
