Heisman hopeful missing player
I did not recieve my upgradable player when opening the Heisman hopeful pack. Sounds like I am not the only one.

same here........only received CUT tip and nothing else
I also only received the UT Tip but no receiver in my welcome pack, my gamer tag is vMichaell.
Just chatted with the EA Team: "..... happy to tell you that you’ve nothing to worry about, looks like a few other players have reported this issue as well, however, the good news here is that the studio is already aware of it and is already working on a fix, it’s getting rectified as we speak, thanks for your patience on this one and again do not worry we got your back on this one."
